HOW TO PREPARE CHICKEN AND CABBAGE SALAD – चिकन और बंदगोभी सलाद

सामग्री

880 ग्राम चिकन ब्रेस्ट
नमक स्वाद अनुसार
आलिव ओय्ल 150 ग्राम
गाजर 100 ग्राम
विनेगर 15 मिलि ग्राम
काली मिर्च 10 ग्राम
वेर्सेतायर सौस 40 ग्राम
बंद्गोभी 500 ग्राम
काली मिर्च पाउडर 3 ग्राम
निम्बु का रस 10 मिलि ग्राम
 

बनाने की विधी –

चिक्न को काली मिर्च, नमक सौस और आलिव आयल के साथ मेरिनेट करे 45 मिनट रखे ।
फिर सीख वाली औवन में पकाए जब तक चिकन अच्छी तरह खाने मे जुसी न हो ।
सलाद के साथ परोसे या खाये ।
सलाद की विधि – बंद्गोभी को लम्बाई मे काटे । गाजर को भी वैसे ही काटे । उस मे नमक, काली मिर्च पाउडर , विनेगर , निम्बु का रस , आलिव आयल मिलाये।

Chicken and cabbage salad material

880 grams chicken breast
salt to taste
Olive Oil 150 grams
100 grams of carrots
Vinegar 15 mg
Black pepper 10 grams
sauce 40 grams
Cabbage 500g
Black pepper powder 3 grams
lime juice 10 grams

Prepration Method 

Keep chicken with  pepper, salt , sauce and olive  oil for 45 minutes.
Then cook it in the learning oven until the chicken is well eaten in the meal.
Serve or eat with salad.

Method of salad – Cut cabbage in length. Cut the carrot in the same way. Add salt, black pepper powder, vinegar, lemon juice, and add olive oil to it.
